2 hours/week in nature = better health!
We intuitively know that the more time we spend in nature the better we feel.
Well, scientists* wanted to know how much time we needed to rip the benefits of being in a green environment. The answer is a very achievable 2 hours per week! Spending 2 hours per week outside, in nature is linked to better health at all levels. And it did not matter if you spent these 2 hours in one go or if you broke it throughout the week! You could even spend this time sitting on a bench- although walking or running certainly bring other health benefits.
Sometimes we forget that we have around us a very affordable and pleasant way of improving our health!
